Welcome to the MyPetAmor website. The website is operated by BH Comtec Imports, the official importer of MyPetAmor products in Israel. MyPetAmor is a registered trademark in Israel (No. 393221). Using the website and placing an order constitute acceptance of these terms.
General
- Orders may be placed by any person over the age of 18 holding a valid payment method.
- Prices on the website are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT. Shipping fees are detailed in the Shipping Policy.
- The company may update prices, stock and promotions at any time. The binding price is the price displayed when the order was completed.
- Product images are for illustration only; slight differences in shade or design may occur.
Placing an order and payment
An order is considered confirmed only after approval by the credit card company and receipt of a confirmation notice from the company. Payment is processed through a secure payment provider, and credit card details are not stored in the company's systems. In the event of a pricing or stock error, the company may cancel the order and refund the customer in full.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery times, shipping costs and cancellation and return conditions are detailed in the Shipping Policy and the Returns Policy, which form an integral part of these terms, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
Product warranty
Products come with a 12-month importer warranty from the date of purchase, as detailed on the "Warranty & Service" page. The warranty does not cover damage caused by use contrary to the instructions, drops, liquids, repair by an unauthorized party or reasonable wear and tear. Products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and pets should be supervised during use.
Intellectual property
All content on the website, including the brand name, logo, texts, images and design, is the property of the company or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The company makes every effort to keep the website running properly and continuously but does not warrant that the website will be free of faults. The company's liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the order.
Privacy
Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
