Cancellation & Returns Policy
The MyPetAmor website is operated by BH Comtec Imports and complies with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010.
Cancelling a transaction
A transaction made on the website may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product. Cancellation notices should be sent via WhatsApp to 058-484-4224 or by email to shani@ndoros.com, stating your full name, order number and product details.
Return conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, undamaged and without signs of use.
- Consumable products (waste bags, filters, etc.) whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or a discrepancy from the order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, to the same payment method used for the transaction. For cancellations not due to a defect, the company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ILS 100, whichever is lower.
Defective or incorrect product
If you received a defective or incorrect product, or one that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In this case you will receive a replacement product or a full refund, including shipping costs, with no cancellation fee.
