Shipping Policy

We ship throughout Israel via courier, directly from our local stock in Israel.

Shipping costs

• Home courier delivery: ILS 29.
• Free shipping on orders of ILS 199 or more.
• Self-cleaning litter boxes always ship free.

Delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped promptly and usually arrive within up to 3 business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding holiday eves and holidays). Remote localities, Eilat and exceptional areas may take longer. The courier company will coordinate delivery via the phone number provided with the order.

Order tracking

Once your shipment is on its way, you will receive an email or text message with tracking details.

Out-of-stock products

If an ordered product is out of stock, we will contact you promptly and offer a new delivery date, an alternative product or a full refund, at your choice.

Damaged shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. If the packaging or product arrived damaged, report it to us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will arrange a free replacement.
